The number of students failing to serve their assigned lunch detention is unacceptable. The following policy change for missed lunch detention is now in effect starting February 5, 2010:
1st missed lunch detention - you will be assigned after school detention
2nd missed lunch detention - you will be assigned ISS. While in ISS, you will call your parent(s) or guardian(s) to inform them that you are in ISS because you missed lunch detention.
3rd missed lunch detention - you will be suspended.
Students do not get a new start each month.
MAKE SURE YOU SERVE YOUR ASSIGNED LUNCH DETENTION.
An assembly was held to mark the beginning of the new semester and to remind students of Bethel Junior High’s expectations including the dress code. Attached is a copy of the power point presentation.
